Short answer
In Switzerland, Facebook account recovery follows Facebook’s own routes: Disagree with decision on a suspension notice within the time shown, or facebook.com/hacked for a hijacked account. Report phishing and fraud through the Swiss channels too. Unbanz helps you appeal through Meta’s official process; Meta makes the final decision.
Official steps that come first
- If you see a suspended or disabled notice, log in and follow the prompts to disagree with the decision. Facebook gives most suspended accounts 180 days, but trust the date on your own screen.
- If you cannot log in because details were changed, go to facebook.com/hacked on a device and browser you used before.
- At facebook.com/login/identify, search for your account and choose the option for no longer having access to your email or phone.
- Look in your inbox and spam for a Facebook message about the change, and use its undo link first.
- If Facebook asks for ID or a video selfie, use your real details and follow the instructions exactly.
What matters in Switzerland
- Phishing reports: the Federal Office for Cybersecurity (BACS, formerly NCSC) takes reports at report.ncsc.admin.ch. It cannot accept criminal complaints; those go to your local police or Suisse ePolice (suisse-epolice.ch).
- Typical bait: a message that looks like Swiss Post, your bank or TWINT, or a “your Page will be deleted” warning. Never sign in through a link you received in a message.
- Groups and Pages: many Swiss clubs, neighbourhood groups and small shops run on Facebook. If your profile is disabled and you are the only admin, a Page or group can be left without one, so name a second admin when you can.
- Your +41 number: write 079 as +41 79, without the zero. If the SIM is lost, ask your provider to block it and issue a new one before you start recovery.
- Language: the notice appears in your phone’s language, in German, French or Italian. Send us a screenshot as shown.
What not to do
- Don’t pay or message anyone from a DM who says they can “open” your account.
- Don’t share your password or login codes with anyone, including us.
- Don’t create new accounts to plead with Facebook, and don’t send the same appeal over and over.
How Unbanz helps
We work out whether the account is disabled, hacked or both, gather the notice, the old email and phone and the dates, and handle the appeal through Meta’s official process. Main page: Facebook account recovery.
How it works with Unbanz
- Message us on WhatsApp or email with the Facebook name or profile link, the email or phone on the account, and a screenshot of the notice.
- We tell you honestly whether we can help and what it would cost.
- We prepare everything and handle the appeal through the platform’s official process.
- We keep you posted until there’s a result. Meta makes the final decision.
Who this is for
- Swiss Page owners, club and group admins, shops and agencies who run work through Facebook.
- People hacked through a fake parcel, bank or TWINT message.
- Anyone who needs an English-speaking route to a notice in another language.
- Anyone whose first appeal was rejected.
Staying safe
Nobody needs your password or login codes to help you. Not us, not anyone. If someone in your DMs offers to fix it for you, asks you to log in through their link, or claims to have a special way in, walk away. Unbanz never asks for logins and doesn’t claim any special access. We use the same official routes that are open to you, we just know them well and do the legwork properly.
No passwords or login codes. We handle the process end to end; Meta makes the final decision.
