Short answer
In Israel, Facebook account recovery follows Facebook’s own routes: Disagree with decision on a suspension notice within the time shown, or facebook.com/hacked for a hijacked account. The 119 national cyber hotline gives free first guidance. Unbanz helps you appeal through Meta’s official process; Meta makes the final decision.
Official steps that come first
- If you see a suspended or disabled notice, log in and follow the prompts to disagree with the decision. Facebook gives most suspended accounts 180 days, but trust the date on your own screen.
- If you cannot log in because details were changed, go to facebook.com/hacked on a device and browser you used before.
- Search for your account at facebook.com/login/identify and choose the option for no longer having access to your email or phone.
- Check your inbox and spam for a Facebook email about the change, and use its undo link first.
- If Facebook asks for ID or a video selfie, use your real details and follow the instructions exactly.
What is different in Israel
- Community groups: a lot of Israeli neighbourhood, parent, buy-and-sell and professional groups live on Facebook. If your profile is disabled and you are the only admin, the group can end up unmanaged, so ask another admin to hold full control.
- 119 hotline: the Israel National Cyber Directorate’s 24/7 hotline (119, or 119@cyber.gov.il) gives free, confidential first guidance after a hijacked account. It does not restore the account.
- Your +972 number: write 050 as +972 50, without the zero, and get a lost SIM replaced through your provider first.
- Fraud and blackmail: do not pay. Report to Israel Police (100 for urgent matters) and tell your bank immediately if money moved.
- Hebrew and Arabic notices: they read right to left and offer the same options. Send us a screenshot as shown.
What not to do
- Don’t pay or message anyone from a DM who says they can “open” your account.
- Don’t share your password or login codes with anyone, including us.
- Don’t create new accounts to plead with Facebook, and don’t send the same appeal over and over.
How Unbanz helps
We work out whether the account is disabled, hacked or both, gather the notice, the old email and phone and the dates, and handle the appeal through Meta’s official process. Main page: Facebook account recovery.
How it works with Unbanz
- Message us on WhatsApp or email with the Facebook name or profile link, the email or phone on the account, and a screenshot of the notice.
- We tell you honestly whether we can help and what it would cost.
- We prepare everything and handle the appeal through the platform’s official process.
- We keep you posted until there’s a result. Meta makes the final decision.
Who this is for
- Israeli Page owners, group admins, Marketplace sellers and agencies who run work through Facebook.
- People hacked through a phishing link or a fake message from a friend.
- Anyone who needs an English-speaking route to a Hebrew or Arabic notice.
- Anyone whose first appeal was rejected.
Staying safe
Nobody needs your password or login codes to help you. Not us, not anyone. If someone in your DMs offers to fix it for you, asks you to log in through their link, or claims to have a special way in, walk away. Unbanz never asks for logins and doesn’t claim any special access. We use the same official routes that are open to you, we just know them well and do the legwork properly.
No passwords or login codes. We handle the process end to end; Meta makes the final decision.
