Case acceptance

An enquiry does not book a service. We review the account and agree the scope, price, payment terms and any applicable refund terms with you before starting.

Who we work with

For recovery, you must own the account or be authorised to act for its owner. We review ban requests individually, and the information you provide must be accurate.

Timing and outcomes

The usual estimate is 3–14 days after acceptance and receipt of the required details. We confirm the estimate for your case. Recovery is guaranteed once we accept your case. We review every account first and only take cases we can win. Timelines are estimates. Unbanz is an independent service, not affiliated with Meta, which owns and operates its platforms.
