Verification is mostly matching. Meta compares what you typed with a document and your website. Small differences like “LLC” vs no “LLC”, or an old address, can fail it.

The legal name doesn’t match the document.
The address is different, abbreviated or out of date.
The document is blurry, cropped or the wrong kind.
The domain isn’t verified or the website has no business details.
The phone or email doesn’t match anything public about the business.

Copy your legal name and address exactly from your registration document.
Use a clean, full, in-date document.

Verify your domain in Business settings.
Resubmit once, not five times.
