Short answer
A disabled Business Portfolio can be reviewed, but the order matters. Secure the admins, check verification, then request the review from the portfolio itself in Account Quality, not from each ad account.
Check these first
- In Account Quality, select the portfolio and read the reason.
- Look at the People list. Remove anyone you don’t know. A hacked admin is one of the most common triggers.
- Check business verification. A legal name, address or website that doesn’t match your documents can block it.
- Make sure your website domain is verified in the portfolio.
- Request the review once, from the portfolio.
Why portfolios get disabled
- An admin profile was compromised or restricted.
- One ad account inside broke advertising policies repeatedly.
- Meta linked the portfolio to one that was disabled before.
- Verification documents didn’t match the business details.
Disabled vs restricted portfolio
A restricted portfolio can usually still hold assets but can’t advertise. A disabled one can lock you out of managing assets too. If pages are stuck inside, you may need to move access to a new admin after the review, not before.
