Short answer
A common pattern: someone gets into an admin’s Facebook profile, runs scam or crypto ads on your card, and Meta disables the account for policy violations or unusual payment activity.
Steps in order
- Recover your profile at facebook.com/hacked and change passwords.
- Turn on two-factor with an authenticator app.
- In Business settings, remove unknown people, partners and apps.
- Call your bank about the charges and freeze the card.
- Then request review in Account Quality and mention the hack briefly.

What to avoid
- Requesting review while the attacker still has access.
- Giving anyone else admin access to “fix” it.
- Opening a new portfolio to start fresh.
How Unbanz helps
We help sort the order of steps and handle the review through Meta’s official process. You keep your logins. See ad account recovery and reviews.

Staying safe
Nobody needs your password or login codes to help you. Not us, not anyone. If someone in your DMs offers to sort it, asks you to log in through their link, or says they know someone at Meta, walk away. Unbanz never asks for logins and doesn’t claim any special access. We use the same official routes that are open to you, we just know them well and do the legwork properly.
