Short answer
Most disables come from an automated check, not a person. Payment problems, unusual activity and ad content are the big three. The reason is in Account Quality, even when the email is vague.
The usual reasons
- Payment. Failed charges, a flagged card or an unpaid balance.
- Unusual activity. A new login location, sudden spend or a hacked admin. See unusual activity.
- Ad content. Claims or images that break advertising standards.
- Special ad categories. Credit, jobs, housing or politics ads not declared.

- Business Suite, then Account Quality.
- Check the ad account, your profile and the Business Portfolio, one by one.
- Read the email from Meta, then screenshot everything.
How to respond
Fix the thing it points to (pay the balance, verify the business, remove the flagged ad) and then request review once, clearly. Don’t open a new account. More in Facebook ad account disabled.
