Short answer
Lots of advertisers try a fresh account and lose it within days. Then they lose the portfolio and profile too, which is much harder to come back from.
What Meta links together
- Admin profiles and their devices.
- Payment cards and billing details.
- Your website domain and pixel.
- Business name, address and verification.
What to do instead
- Request review of the original account if you still can.
- Fix the cause: payment, verification, ad claims, special ad categories.
- Wait for the decision before running anything new.
Background on the rule: circumventing systems.
When a new account is fine
If the old one was reinstated, or Meta itself tells you to create a new one, you’re fine. Renting or buying “aged” ad accounts isn’t a fix. They get banned and linked to you.
How Unbanz helps
We help get the original account reviewed through Meta’s official process, so you don’t need a workaround. See ad account recovery and reviews.
How it works with Unbanz
- Message us on WhatsApp or email with the ad account ID and a screenshot of the notice.
- We tell you honestly if we can help and what it costs. The price is agreed before work starts, and nothing is charged for asking.
- We prepare everything and handle it through the platform’s official process.
- We keep you posted until there’s a result. Payment is by card or crypto.
Staying safe
Nobody needs your password or login codes to help you. Not us, not anyone. If someone in your DMs offers to sort it, asks you to log in through their link, or says they know someone at Meta, walk away. Unbanz never asks for logins and doesn’t claim any special access. We use the same official routes that are open to you, we just know them well and do the legwork properly.
