Use the built-in tools

When you block an account, choose to also block new accounts they may create.
Turn on Hidden Words to filter abusive comments and DMs.
Make your account private if you can, and limit who can message or tag you.
Use Restrict if you want to avoid a confrontation.

Document everything

Screenshots of every message, comment and profile, with dates.
Each username and link, since they change.
A short timeline: first account, second account, what links them (same bio, photos, phrases).

Report it properly
