Short answer
Your chances depend on why it was disabled and what’s been tried already. A mistaken flag (automated systems are often wrong) has a much better shot than an account with a real history of breaking the rules.
Better chances
- You were flagged for something you didn’t do, like a hack, a false report or a bot mistake.
- It’s a real person or business with a long history.
- You can prove who you are with ID that matches the account.
Worse chances
- Repeated, real violations.
- Child safety or serious harm issues. We don’t take these on.
- Multiple appeals already rejected with no new information.
What you can still try
- Check your email for any message from Instagram with a link to review.
- Look in Accounts Center if you have a linked Facebook profile.
- Don’t start a new account in the meantime.
If there’s no button left, read disabled with no appeal button.
